Scott Wells is a Nutritionist and Personal trainer who has been giving professional advice and tuition since 2007.
He has achieved diplomas in Personal training with merit and in Nutrition with distinction through the Blackford Centre.
The Blackford centre is accredited with the following bodies:
ABC Awards - part of the emfec group - Quality licence scheme.

Resistance Circuits
Resistance Circuits work the entire body by targeting specific muscle groups whilst resting others. This allows for high intensity workouts which raises heart rate and burns more calories.
Training with weights creates an oxygen debt within muscles which needs replenishing, resulting in a high energy demand.
Fat stores get broken down releasing fatty acids into the blood to use as fuel post workout, whilst also repairing damaged muscles requiring even more calorie usage. This can continue for as long as 48 hours. Lean muscular bodies use more energy, as muscles are alive and fat is dead.
